The business was established 40 years ago and started with Giacomo Pedrazzi’s activities in the sector of mechanical lathing. He developed a passion that resulted from former professional experience.
In the beginnings, the company was called Pedrazzi Giacomo and the business focused on mechanical works for various industries.
Activities
Throughout these first years, the work was done in a small workshop. With increasing demands based on the economic upturn at that time, premises located at Via Marzabotto in the industrial park of Soresina were acquired. The company is still headquartered there. By purchasing an adjacent building in 2002, the site was expanded.
At that time, also the team was expanded by hiring qualified staff. The activities were specialized through investments in automatic machines and lathes. The company expanded by addressing North Italian major players in the energy, food, textile, mining and oil production, pressing and military industry.
Currently, the business is committedly continued by the next generation - Alberto and Simona.
The business is specialized on precision works by design for small to mid-sized series for third parties and continuously invests in lathes and CNC milling machines. This serves to cover various sectors of precision products - from spare parts for gas line valves, mining machinery and machine tools all the way to complete hydraulic jacks and much more.
At the moment, the production team consists of 9 employees. Day by day, they are engaged with production processes that comply with the standards stipulated by UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, which the company obtained in 2002.
The company, which covers a surface area of 2500 square meters (1300 of which roofed), increasingly relies on customer service while continuously improving the quality of products and services.
